I have an idea: Ryanrev and I could use the kaillera client on our Project 64's to play WCW nwo Revenge against eachother. WCW was an a wrestling org that favored in ring work, so there was a lot of MMA moves and guys with teh shootfighter gimmick in the game ( Sadly, the game excludes Tank Abbott, who feuded with Goldberg there).
Ryan can choose a guy who he feels best represents himself (Alot of the Japanese guys in the DAW and EWF stables on the game use Judo throws; in fact, half the guys in the game use a headlock throw). I too, can choose a guy that best represents myself (I've already decided on Disco Inferno).
We can duke it out, and simulate an actual fight between ourselves. No pins, no countouts, TKO and submission only.
There's only two problems I've found with the game: You have to mess around with the control settings a bit to find the right controls, and the skins never come out right so it'll be multicolored polygon vs. multicolored polygon.
So, how about it? Ready for a beatdown, rev?

if I can find a controller for my PC for sure we can get it on in WCW/nWo revenge. Some other games we could play WWF No Mercy (a code was made to use shoot grapples and I have a caw of myself on it) Wrestlemania 2000 and Virtual Pro Wrestling 2 (first wrestling game to have an extensive shoot grapple system already built in with striking combos) And funny that you still remember that I am IMMAF's token IRL judoka. I had the same problem however I fixed it somehow. I have snagit aswell so I can post the match on my youtube account (I will even if I lose badly I swear) its nintendoughfreak on youtube btw. EDIT: www.youtube.com/user/nintendoughfreak

I got Wrestlemania 2000 now. I created Delta Jackson with it.

Man, this shit is awesome. I created a few UFC guys along with Jackson and have them fight eachother on CPU while I watch (I put it on hard so they fight harder and more technical).
The match between Larry "Thunderfoot" Cureton and Paul Varelans was epic. The highlight of the match was when Cureton floored Varelans with a high right roundkick( His Thunderfoot), and then started mooning Varelans while he was still dazed. Then Varelans got up and threw Cureton out of the ring, only to be suplexed out seconds later. Cureton eventually finished the match with a Torture Rack submission ( I call it THE PAINBOW).
Jackson is a badass, too. He makes great use of lowblows, amateur wrestling takedowns, and flailing retard moves.

I used hypercam to record a ten minute match on Wrestlemania 2000 between Ryanrev and Emmanuel Yarbrough. The quality is horrible, yet it still manages to be EPICCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm sprucing it up with Windows Movie Maker as we speak and will post shortly.

I'm almost finished with it. The audio sucks so I'm trying to add music; the only music available to me is from my brother's "Zune" downloads. Apparently, he doesn't like any music that isn't queer, so I'm going to have to choose the least bad song.

I settled on the Sample music that came with Windows media player.
Turn your volume up high after the entrances, because I just used the Wrestlemania audio from there on.

The match itself is over ten minutes long, so I can't put it on youtube. I'll just create a montage and call it the IFN Video Game Trailer.

Or if I do all cage matches, the WOTC Video Game Trailer (Because WOTC is held in a ring with a cage around it).

Very true on that.
Montages are always great. That's what makes the Rocky movies.

Today is approaching, to give it your best You've got to reach your prime. That's when you need to put yourself to the test and show us a passage of time.
We're gonna need a montage.
A sports training montage. Show a lotta things, happening at once, Remind everyone of what's goin' on. With every shot show a little improvement, to show it all would take too long.
That's called a montage.
Even Rocky's had a montage. in any sport, if you want to go from just a beginner to a pro
You need a montage.
A simple little montage.
Always fade out in a montage. If you fade out it seems like more time has passed in a montage.
Montage...
