Les Henderson: I've "ducked" Mitch Armour long enough so I'm coming out of retirement to fight him. At the beginning of my career I was to use a portugese term a "cigano" (gypsy) so I'm looking to train somewhere that I can focus solely on training because this is going to be the toughest fight of my career. I'm looking to leave my hometown of Toronto at Henderson Hybrid Grappling & MMA and train somewhere that dislikes Mitch and has a great clinch training program. I am an old dog who wants to learn some new tricks hoping someone can help me out. Thanks in advance.

Les Henderson: Thanks Nathan Pardy but no thanks as I don't want one person taking credit for defeating Mitch Armour and ruining this silly fairwell tour. This has got to be a team effort and I hope I can do this for everyone.

Joseph Williams: Team World Class is always open to the idea of helping others, especially established veterans.

Nathan Pardy slaps Joseph with his shoe.
Nathan Pardy: I've never taken credit for anyone's success! I'm insulted that you think I'd even consider taking credit for when I beat Mitch.

Mitch Armour: My farewell tour is of me FIGHTING THE BEST OF THE BEST, im not expecting to win all of my fights cause there going to be the toughest set of fights IN MY CAREER, to go out with a bang, so a loss or two wont ruin anything. But Beating you will finally solidify the fact that im better then you les , i felt i beat you in our tie, so before or after my fight with St. Elmo Grando.....YOUR NEXT!

Mitch Armour: And Also....les....that shows you havnt changed or grown maturity wise one bit...you said you want a gym that DOESNT LIKE ME.... i think hatred fogs up ones judgement in some occassions wich is why early in my career i played mind games but as i got older i matured and got tired of playing mind games and mouthing off, and since i was about 28-29 i started turning around how i treated everyone, even my so called enemys. I treat anyone with amazing respect whom gives me even an inch of respect mutually back.
You dont have to dislike someone to train to beat them , i was hoping my last fights would be based off of respect but i can see when me and you fight, that fights going to be the exception since you seem to have such a senseless hatred towards me wich is unfounded. Im sorry you feel that way.
ANd Les you HAVE ducked me ever since our tie ive been begging for a rematch, and THE ONLY TIMES you were willing to do it....was when I WAS CHAMPION...::laughs:: ....thats gotta say something in of itself. You wont be my first fight in my SUPERFIGHT Farewell tour where IM FIGHTING THE BEST IN THE SPORT and/or unsettled scores/unfinished buisiness like with me and les..., st elmo will be i think, my first matchup, and i have NTOHING but Respect for Grando!
Hes one of the best fighters in MMA history, and thats why i want to fight him, i dont want to go out and retire on a string of wins from 2nd rate fighters....if i lose a few fights,so bew it, i want to face the best and show that I STILL GOT What I had in my prime, which i feel is just beginning to unwind, and is not done yet.

Les Henderson: Oh trust me I know just how good St Elmo Grando is...I was calling him out for along time and when we got it on he kicked my ass so props to him. You know what just between you and me this is all to just build interest for the fight. At the end, when this is finally finished there will be a sense of relief. We are both too old to be arguing like children anyway. I agree though I do take things a bit too personal right now I'm just doing whatever it takes to motivate myself to fight again but don't worry I'll be ready when we step into the cage where ever the fight takes place. Of course I'd love to dominate on top or just bang it out because I know that our wrestling and jiu jitsu could cancel us out.
Les Henderson: Whatever happens, win or lose I want the fight to be DEFINITIVE! You have to knock me out or make me quit...let's see if you can.
