Breaking News
[....]- A recent study conducted by the IMMAF Research Facility has concluded that it's extremely common for C-level, independent fighters to compete in various IMMAF promotions using the names of deceased fighters.
Officially, the only person to be removed from the IMMAF Roster due to death was John Greene. Greene's only fight was a submission lose to Ryan Campbell; several weeks after the bout, his family phoned Costanzo Granitelli and informed him that he had been gunned down by mobsters outside of a Louisianna Burger King. Greene's information was promptly removed from the IMMAF Database.
As it turns out, John Greene is actually alive and well today. Years after his fight with Campbell and supposed death, Greene was spotted fighting in various Mid-Western boxing promotions. When MMA journalists and private investigators finally tracked him down, Greene admitted to faking his own death in an effort to eschew his responsibilities as a father and husband. Greene's revelation is ironic when you consider how many popular deceased fighters are still believed to be alive to this day.
Take Delta Jackson, for instance. Recently it was revealed that he, along with Barbara Hauser, was brutally murdered in the TIF House shortly after the show's last season. But barely a month ago, a man fighting under the name "Delta Jackson" choked out Tyler Durden in WOTC 128. Who the hell is this guy?
The man's name is, in fact, not "Delta Jackson" but Stronghold Jamal. He is a New Hampshire-based mixed martial artist who fights under his real name in small-time promotions, and as "Delta Jackson" in IMMAF promotions.

According to the IMMAF Research Facility, fighters impersonating dead fighters is a pretty common occurence in the IMMAF. Perhaps the fighter with the longest-run as an imposter is Fluke "Catwalk" Jones, who's been impersonating Bort Crutches for the past six years.
Bort Crutches, "The Original Fag Boy of the IMMAF", was presumed dead seven years ago in the infamous Whorescach killings. He, along with Bayan Bayar and Shipwreck Carnival, were thought to be deceased after being found on Costanzo Granitelli's porch with sever BONERSLAMMAGE wounds. But after it turned out that Bayar was still alive, and when it was found that Shipwreck Carnival had been revived by supernatural means and was living abroad, nobody thought much of it when Crutches came back onto the scene.
Unfortunately, Whoreschach really did manage to kill Crutches for good all those years ago. The man we now call Bort Crutches is actually Fluke Jones. For over half a decade, Jones has fought everyone from Maria Cruz to Fredrick Foswell. He even fought the real Delta Jackson when he was still alive. Much like Stronghold Jamal, Jones is primarily motivated by money.

It's uncertain as to how many fighters in the various IMMAF promotions are really imposters. It's estimated that up to a third of the WOTC roster is actually dead.
IMMAF RESEARCH FACILITY SPOKESPERSON: Our primary means of finding these imposter-fighters is by them showing up to our offices and admitting their fraudery. We've set the pace now, and hopefully more fighters will admit that they're dead in the future.
