Grappling Tournaments Held At HHG & MMA

Les Henderson: Hello I'd like to announce that HHG & MMA will hold grappling tournaments right here at the gym. It will include various people from various backgrounds. If you'd like to enter simply enter the gym and write your name on the sign up sheet on the front desk. Nothing is official yet but here are some fighters who have contacted me about competing.
