No, were you talking about Don " The Dragon" Wilson? I didn't know he used karate point sparring to prepare for fights. I'm not talking about kickbox or knockdown karate sparring. I'm talking about that shit you see on the Final Fu. That kind of sparring

Nevermind.
Don is actually a bad bad man though.

You know, if you look up Cal Worsham you can find his competitive TKD point-sparring record. He got beat often, but he boxed in the military so he could put up a fight.

I'd rather look up Emanuel Yarborrough's sumo record.
What is it? ;D

Nice.
I always remember feeling bad for him after his fight with Hackney.
Yarborrough vs Royce may have been the best fight in MMA history. Too bad it didn't happen.

Yeah, I'd looked up his record before.
The smother is a underused tool in MMA!

Gracie did beat Akebono, though. I still think it would be cool if he faught Manny. I also think it would be cool if Mike Tyson got a Superfight with Gracie/ Shamrock/ Severn.

"The smother is a underused tool in MMA!"
We work smothering tactics in my sub.grappling school. It's not incredibly effective; I think a majority of grapplers think it is newbie submission.

Well a lot of my posts have sarcasm.
It's hard to catch online sometimes, I was joking.
