Joseph Williams: I would be happy to fight you...if you weren't fifty pounds heavier. Is that how you make yourself feel better? Challenging welterweights to fights...
Joseph Williams: Also, don't try to patronize me. I've known Mitch longer than you've been in this league. I may not be associated with his gym anymore. But I'm definitely more of a brother to him than you.

Josh Richardson- Mitch Armour has a very weak mind and a very low self-esteem. That's why he's constantly surrounding himself with young fighters and taking credit for their successes. I feel like he still has a lot to learn and I don't beleive it's too late for him to change. If I can change than anyone can change. Mitch just needs to clear his mind and focus on what really matters. You see Mitch doesn't truly understand the artform that is martial arts. He doesn't understand the beauty, the brutality, the simplicity, the complexity of fighting. I was like him once too, so I don't judge him negatively for it, but I do say as someone who wants to fight the best Mitch Armour possible, that he should change some of the things about him. You see fighting isn't about fancy cars, or fancy houses. It's not about huge gyms or the fortune and fame. It's about coming to grip with who you truly are. It's about pushing your body to physical feats that you didn't think were once possible. It's about putting your mind is a state of perpetual peace... You don't need a huge gym to do that; you don't need money to do that. All you need is yourself. Sometimes it's nice to have people help show you the way along, but in the end yourself is the only one who can truly take that journey. Remember this Mitch a wise man once said that a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. It's not too late for you to change Mitch. You can never truly appreciate life until you do. *After Josh gives his speach, he walks over to Joseph Williams and pats him on the back.*"I just wanted to say that I am sorry for the disrespectful things I said toward you early in my career. I was a different person than. I was a person that was suffering deep inside. I just wanted to let you know that I respect you. I always have." Josh than gets up and walks away.

Joseph Williams: Josh, take your crap elsewhere. I didn't say you could come in and trash a very dear friend of mind. We may not see eye to eye on everything, but we do consider each other brothers. Take your propaganda somewhere else.

Mitch Armour: Josh, you make me laugh! You spin everything I do out of context. I LOVE and understand the art of MMA Far more then you do..I DO NOT TAKE CREDIT FOR MY FRIENDS in the chaos crews accomplishment....I TAKE PRIDE IN BEING APART OF SOMETHING SPECIAL AND HELPING OTHERS ACHIEVE THERE DREAMS LIKE I ACHIEVED MINE JOSH! You have me all wrong Josh, you always have!!!
When people, just for EXAMPLE,like Kyle Koester won the MW title after I retired, it felt like I passed the torch on in the MW division and was SO Happy for kyle , more happy then when I Won the MW title.....and when Keith became champion again I went exstatic...and when derrick coleman became champ, and when olivera cruz became champ, and when chris higgins became champ and ECT ECT!!!
These guys in the CC and even those outside of it like Joey Williams...ARE MY BROTHERS AND MY FAMILY AND WHEN THEY WIN I FEEL LIKE I AM JUST A SMALL PEICE TO HELPING THEM ACHIEVE THERE GOALS...AND THAT ITS THERE VICTORY AND THAT IM LUCKY TO BE APART OF IT AND BE Behind them with my loyalty, respect and all MMA knowledge that I know.
You truly dont know me Josh because everything you said doesnt descrive me ONE BIT! And anyone who truly knows me...knows that ,josh!!!

Mitch Armour: And Josh YES I might be rich but IT HASNT GOTTEN TO MY HEAD...I Have only one car,I dont live in a huge mansion! I STILL LIVE IN A ONE BEDROOM IN MY HOMETOWN NEAR Chaos Crew HQ...MOST OF MY MONEY GOES TOWARDS RUNNING THE CHAOS CREW AND BUYING EQUIPMENT AND TRAINING THE Chaos Crew fighters....so they can succeed! ANd you call me selfish and materialistic!? ::Laughs and shakes his head and rolls his eyes:: YOU REALLY DONT KNOW ME JOSH, and thats a shame because im a really good person and you chose to attack me from day one verbally because i was the top dog in the division back then and you thought by doing that it would put you on the map. Had you gotten to really know me, i doubt youd say any of the things you say about me, and it proves it by what you just said above trying to act high adn mighty like I dont love the purity of the MMA Sport....man...I live for this sport and my boys at the chaos crew! You DONT know me!

Joseph Williams: It's great of you to offer financial help, but I have more than enough money for my gym and my fighters. We have everything we need. How do you think we helped make the two best LW's in the IMMAF so easy.

Josh Richardson- You can never overcome you're inner Demon's if you're not even willingly to admit you have them. I don't hate you Mitch and I'm not doing this to critique you or hurt you. I'm doing this to help you. You see I was just like you once. I had a lot of talent, but I was never able to truly reach my full potential, because my own ego would get in the way. Once I overcame those problems, it felt like the world was finally off of my shoulders. I could finally focus on the artform that is fighting. I used to look at fighting as a job, now I look at it as a way of life. A life that I love and enjoy.
You're a great fighter and have no doubt had the best career out of anyone in mma and I respect you a lot Mitch, but I don't think we've ever truly seen the best Mitch Armour and that's a shame. I wanna fight the best Mitch Armour possible. I don't care if I win or lose the fight, I just wanna enjoy the beauty of fighting with you for 15 minutes. I wanna share life with you. You see life and fighting go hand and hand together. Everything in life is a fight. As brutal as that may seem, it's also what keeps life going. It's what keeps us evolving, not only physically and mentally, but spiritually as well. You see Mitch I look at you and I see a person who is troubled. I see a person who wants help. A person who needs help, but is just too afraid to ask for it. Having the biggest gym and signing up all these talented young fighters can't feel the void that is inside you. It can't stand up and face your demons. Only you can do that Mitch! Remember Mitch it's never too late change.
*speaking to Joseph* "Before I go I just wanna say to you that money does not produce great fighters. You of all people should know that by now."

In response to Williams " How do you think we helped make the two best LW's in the IMMAF so easy. "
Birdman is sitting next to Joe Williams counting 100's after 100's after 100's. He looks up to the cameras that are focused on him
:: BJ " Birdman " Dwinell :: Oh! IM RICH BITCH!
He then quickly slides down the chair where his forehead is the only thing you see by the table.

Joseph Williams: Our great trainers and training equipment played a part along with their natural skills and abilities. They just needed a push in the right direction and they were set for greatness from the get go.
