[Somes grins at Chase and Mitch.]
"Sure Mitch, I'll help ya with these guys."
[Turns to face Chase]
"Grappling with a heavier opponent really helps you out when you face someone your own weight. Helped me out during my amateur wrestling years."

::Gets up recovering from the submission hold, highfives Somers after he recovers.::
Chase Armour: it taught me to tuck my arms in / better submission defense, and to try and use my positioning to move around and avoid clean locks for a mounted opponent to lache onto. I learned I gotta defend and not let my guard be passed to side mount......and I learned to try and block or clinch fighters with your style to keep them up and punch from teh clinch till im ready to go to the ground. ::Breathing Heavily:: Thanks Somers...im glad your Mitch's Assistant coach bro we have ALOT to learn from you, me and Fujita both, you'll definatley make us better for the big fights coming up for both Myself and Fujita.
::Mitch Armour walks to Somers and gives him a "Team Armour - ASSISTANT COACH" Shirt and whistle.::
Mitch Armour: Lets make sure we whip fujita and chase into the best possible shape for theyre upcoming fights brother, i couldnt have asked for a better assistant coach to get these boys ready. Thanks for coming down here and helping me brother.

Somers: "Well during my Wrestling days I was considered a "high flyer" so I have to be speedy. Plus sometimes you just have to put on a show for the fans."
[smiles]
"Showmanship is very important. Don't get me wrong, quick knockouts are fun to watch, as are big slams, but flying submission moves out of nowhere is what keeps them cheering for ya."

OOC: Besides Matt Hughes who does flying armbars on Tim Sylvia for shits and giggles who honestly does them in training for real/serious?
